Option 1: Delete directly in the app (Instant)

You can delete your account instantly from within the Trackwise app:

Open the Trackwise app on your device
Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
Tap Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm deletion

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Submit a deletion request via email

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to:

trackwise.notify@gmail.com

Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Permanently deleted

• Account profile & credentials
• All subscription records
• Budget & expense data
• Family health records
• Pregnancy & baby tracking data
• Medical documents & records
• Insurance claims
• Reminders & notifications
• Savings goals & income data

Retained temporarily

• Anonymized analytics logs — deleted within 90 days
• Backup data — purged within 30 days
• Legal/compliance records — retained as required by law

This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you only want to stop using the app temporarily, you can simply uninstall it — your data will remain intact and accessible when you reinstall.
